Booking terms
The short version of how booking works. Your Client Service Agreement is the full and binding version.
Reserving your date
A signed Client Service Agreement and a 30% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve an event date. Your date is not held until both are received.
Final payment
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
Final details
Final guest count, selections, event colors and theme, signage details and approved customizations should be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event. Specialty items and custom signage are subject to availability.
Travel and venue
Travel, parking, valet, tolls and venue access fees may apply depending on event location. The client is responsible for confirming adequate venue access and space for cart setup.
Treat Cart products
All Treat Cart edible products are commercially prepackaged and remain in their original manufacturer packaging. Guest treat bags are provided to carry the individually packaged selections.
Floral selections
Fresh flowers are priced separately from Bloom Bar experiences and quoted per event based on guest count, bouquet size, seasonal availability, varieties and color palette.
BYOB Bubbly Cart
The Darling Cart Co. does not sell, provide, open, mix, serve or pour alcoholic beverages. All alcohol must be purchased and provided by the client or host. Attendants are present for cart setup, styling, presentation, supply replenishment and cleanup only.
Customizations
Personalized signage, specialty styling and premium upgrades are subject to availability and are quoted per event. Approved customizations are confirmed in writing before the 14-day deadline.
