When you send an inquiry, you share details like your name, email, phone number, event date, location and guest count. That information comes to us by email and is used only to respond to you and plan your event.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal and Client Service Agreement, and coordinate your event. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Website analytics
This site does not run advertising trackers. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in the future, it will only be to understand how the site is used in aggregate.
Photos from events
We love sharing real celebrations on Instagram and on this site. We will always ask before posting photos that clearly show you or your guests.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing tracy@thedarlingcartco.com.
